VOCATIONAL EXPERT / CLINICAL REHABILITATION EVALUATOR

• Services to Defence (Defense) and Plaintiff Lawyers, Insurance Carriers, Workers' Compensation Boards, Unions, School/College Districts, Junior and Senior High School Students, University/College Students, Out-of-School Youth, Companies/Corporations, General Public: Unemployed/Underemployed Workers; Career Changers.
• Provide Independent Vocational Expert Opinion services.
• Vocational Evaluation Specialist since 1978.
  • Assess a worker's potential for employment and the extent to which a handicapped person may be excluded or limited within the work force.
  • Systematically assess vocational aptitudes, interests, physical and functional capacities, employment and training potential, work behaviors, attitudes and abilities.
  • Administer, score and interpret numerous psychometric tests, including Valpar Pro 3000 Computerized Assessment, SFPQ, MAB-II, and others.
  • Determine residual employment capabilities and the vocational implications of a medical impairment.

• Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling and Consulting. Counselling injured, disabled or unemployed persons to return to work and to understand and cope with their personal situation. Development of realistic career goals for and with clients. Clinical and Career Counselling.
• Development, implementation and supervision of Individualized Written Rehabilitation Plans (IWRP). Case Management. Provide Job Development and Placement. Conduct Job Search Skills Training Workshop.
  
• Disability Management Consulting. Provide cost-containment strategies.
• Provide File Review and Rehabilitation Audits.
